#14 – How to avoid the entrepreneurial blues

Running your own business is HARD. It’s a lot of pressure for one person to take. And when one thing goes wrong it can often feel like the whole world is falling apart.

Well, guess what… the world is still here and it hasn’t fallen apart yet. But that doesn’t make it feel any better when the blues hits home.

So what can you do to avoid the entrepreneurial blues?

Today’s episode is without a doubt my favourite episode so far. Happiness is something I’ve studied a lot in the past few years and after going through some pretty shit times in my life, I’ve had to devise methods to avoid depression. It’s not easy. But believe me, there IS a way. And we’re going to be sharing some super important stuff with you in this episode.

If you suffer with burnout, or depression, or whatever you want to call it, this show WILL help you. More improtantly, reach out. Don’t be a stranger.
